THE Lord Showed up and showed off!

“God is sooo good!” *Star said as she was jumping with excitement upon receiving her gifts. Star has been at HHCR for 8 years. Star first came to HHCR at 3 years old. For 8 years she has experienced the faithfulness of God! She knows that Jesus loves her. Star is innocently unaware of all that is done to provide for her needs. She prays for the sponsors of HHCR, but Star doesn’t understand the level of sacrifice donors make to provide meal after meal. Or to provide her school uniform and education year after year. But this Christmas, with gifts, Start knew without question that His people give generously! Her wish list - a backpack, a lap desk, a night light, and markers. Thank you for giving to HHCR this Christmas! Your faithful generosity is showing the girls of HHCR that their Heavenly Father sees them and cares!

AGWM Missionary and friend Doug Allee took on a special challenge to help the kids of HHCR. In November while the rest of us enjoyed extra helpings of our favorite Thanksgiving meal Doug was preparing to RUN! The weekend after Thanksgiving Doug ran the Rock N Roll Marathon in Manila. Doug took on this challenge as a run for good. Doug invited people to join him in this challenged and together HHCR received more than a $1,000! What a wonderful blessing! Doug and Krisity (standing behind the camera) serve at AGWM missionaries to the Philippines. They are supporting local pastors and working with the Living Free program. The Williford Family needs some financial assistance to stay on the field. The Lord has always provided. We will not doubt Him. So we are asking you to join us in prayer. We are in need of some one time donations to boost our general “cash budget”. Our monthly support takes care of the expected budget needs. The cash budgets helps us with those unexpected expenses. Since January 2020 when we landed in the Philippines, there have been a few unexpected budget items. We are not scheduled to return to the USA until 2025. Please consider how you could help keep us on the field and in the mission!

The children at HHCR are amazing people! They are here because those who should have loved and protected them did not or could not. Now, HHCR has taken on the responsibility of raising them. And we love what we do! But any parent of teenagers can tell you that feeding and educating teens is not easy or cheap! At HHCR, we do our best to keep our costs down. Each meal is only a $1.50. Education is about $3 a day. But then there are family visits, court cases, medical needs, clothes, shoes, counseling… These are daily needs. You can help! $5 or $50, no gift is too small. Every donation goes towards helping raise the amazing children at HHCR! Thank you.
