Freedom Run
This is HUGE!
Friends and partners are coming together to raise support for the kids of HHCR in the first ever Freedom Run!
There are multiple ways you can participate!
Option 1 - Sign up at Asia’s Little Ones Freedom Run! The event is on July 1. You will be able to walk/run in person or virtually. This is a great opportunity to get your church group, family, or friends all running to help the kids of HHCR! Upon registration, you’ll receive a race packet with fun things inside. If you have ever considered joining a run for a good cause, this is THE ONE you want to be a part of! Your participation will change the life a child in the Philippines.
Option 2 - Go to Project Rescue Freedom Challenge and log any miles you walked, ran, or biked from July 1 until July 7. For every mile logged in that week, Project Rescue will donate $1 to the kids of Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch! There is NO cost to you. Here is how it works. Many people have a smart phone or watch that counts their steps and tracks their miles walked, or ran, or biked. At the end of each day from July 1 - 7 visit the website ProjectRescue.com/FreedomChallenge and log in your miles. Project Rescue will donate $1 for every mile logged to HHCR! Take your family for a walk and you all will be helping the kids of Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch!
Option 3 - DO BOTH options! Both Asia’s Little Ones and Project Rescue are in partnership with HHCR. And both organizations are both in partnership with each other. Asia’s Little Ones is encouraging everyone who is attending their run to also log their steps on the Project Rescue Freedom Challenge site! And Project Rescue is encouraging people to join the ALO Freedom Run! Together we are bringing FREEDOM to those in need.

Family Priority
Announcement: Our family is moving to the city of Davao, Philippines, to allow our 4 kids the opportunity to attend an international school. Kelli and I will continue to serve as missionaries to Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch. We feel this move will provide our children with the best options for their growing educational needs. Our AGWM leadership is in full support of this move. I am grateful for AGWM: the organization always prioritizes family needs! Kelli and I will commute to Cebu for the ministry. We are moving the first week of July! Please be in prayer for our family.
Six More Lives
Six more lives now living in safety at HHCR!
International Justice Mission contacted HHCR to inform us there are 6 newly rescued girls in need of a long term after-care home. These young ladies are brave! They have already survived some of the worst this world can throw at them. But their journey is far from over. We thank God that these girls are now safe! Healing takes time and consistency. Everlasting healing takes the love of Jesus! Every day, our team consistently shares the love of Jesus with each child. Our hope is that as they grow into adults, they will choose to be life-long followers of Jesus! Thank you for believing in, praying for, and consistently supporting the kids of HHCR!

The children at HHCR are amazing people! They are here because those who should have loved and protected them did not or could not. Now, HHCR has taken on the responsibility of raising them. And we love what we do! But any parent of teenagers can tell you that feeding and educating teens is not easy or cheap! At HHCR, we do our best to keep our costs down. Each meal is only a $1.50. Education is about $3 a day. But then there are family visits, court cases, medical needs, clothes, shoes, counseling… These are daily needs. You can help! $5 or $50, no gift is too small. Every donation goes towards helping raise the amazing children at HHCR! Thank you.
